Breakfast & After School Clubs
Welcome to our Breakfast & After School Club page!
We are really lucky to have fantastic Breakfast and Afterschool Clubs here at Lanner School. These are based in the Children’s Centre building adjoining the Nursery and are run by Emma Latus and Clare Goodwin.
The clubs provide care for children both before school and for those who require care after school and are great fun!
They do some great activities, from ball games through to arts and crafts. Breakfast and afterschool snacks are provided and we ensure that the children are well looked after until they can be picked up.

Important Information
Firstly, can I reassure you that the school is not aiming to profit in any way from this service, but we do need to break even to remain viable.
Contacting After School Club
After School Club have a mobile phone so they can be contacted directly out of school hours in an emergency. Please contact the After School Club Team if you are running late, have arranged for someone else to collect your child or have any other urgent After School Club queries on 01209 216346 between 8:30 & 3:30.
Bookings & Cancellations
Bookings are made online using the School Gateway app and must be paid for at the time of booking (in advance). Bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the required cover. Any changes to a child’s sessions must be made on the ‘change of session’ form and 24 hours notice must be given. Any cancelled sessions within the 24 hour window will be charged for. Sessions are non – refundable as staff have already been allocated.
Late Bookings
Children will only be admitted on an ‘ad hoc’ basis if space is available.
Charges
If you collect your child later than the booked time, you may be charged for the next session. Children who are not collected by 6pm will have a £10 late fee added to their account.
Childcare Vouchers
We accept childcare vouchers from employers and colleges.

Terms & Conditions
We require a completed registration form for your child before they can attend the club. This information will be treated as confidential and will be stored appropriately – forms available from BLAST or the school office.
